Got off to a great start on a long-awaited Black Belt programme in academic publishing as well as an activity focussed TPM initiative within Automotive components. Completed two Green Belt programmes and initiating a Yellow to Green Belt upgrade. Also attended an interesting introduction to the Agile scrum methodology, discussing how it complements the Lean Sigma approach.
